We are pleased to present the results of the survey conducted by ISVI, the Institute for Enterprise Values, ASFOR, the Italian Association for Managerial Training, entitled “Research Observatory Managerial Learning ASFOR – ISVI “Towards a New Sense of Work.”
The survey was presented during the 13th ASFOR Leadership Learning Lab on November 22, 2023, an event sponsored by the High Schools of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. Main Findings:Job Satisfaction:

  • 82.3% of Italians satisfied: The vast majority of respondents say they are satisfied with their jobs in their current state.

Prospects for Growth:

  • 55 percent with no prospects for growth: However, widespread concern about future growth prospects emerges, with 55 percent seeing no positive outlook.

Salarian Vision:

  • 72% convinced they give more: The majority believe they give more to the company than they receive from a salary perspective.

Agile Work:

  • 84% of companies consider it a priority: The survey reveals that 84% of Italian companies consider agile work a priority.
  • 40% see it as not very compatible: However, 40% of these companies see agile work as not very compatible with business needs.

Management Training:

  • The key is to train management: In response to the challenges that have emerged, the survey underscores the crucial importance of management training in addressing the changing dynamics.
