The Verona-based company, founded in 1986, to date includes the fashion brands Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Tezenis Kids, Falconeri, Atelier Emé and Antonio Marras.
The Group is also active in the food&wine sector – through the Signorvino, Tenimenti Leone, La Giuva and Podere Guardia Grande brands – and following the recent acquisition of Cantiere del Pardo, in the nautical sector – with the Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts and VanDutch Yachts brands.
